In an effort to redefine the classic notion of apartment buildings this conceptual proposal has been a challenge to all its contributors. Our main goal was to introduce a new residential model responding to the vast social, cultural and economic changes. An apartment building that while maintaining the privacy of its residents,  it also introduces new common activities, finding common creational ground between its occupants. High quality services provided make sure that the sense of living together as well as apart is well preserved.  Spa facilities, gym, business centre, agriculture , collective kitchen (with the ability to host culinary seminars) are the programmatic expression of our intention further contributing to the conceptual redefinition of modern urban living.
